| 1. | The Terms of Service herein form an agreement between the Customer and BTO. |

It is a condition of the membership that the Customer accepts the Terms of Service. Upon acceptance of membership, the Customer acknowledges the Terms of Service as legal and binding. |

The Customer must be over the age of 18 years of age to engage the services of BTO. BTO reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and accounts may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided. |

BTO reserves the right to suspend, change or withdraw any tip at its absolute discretion. |
| 5. |
For all tips provided, the records of BTO concerning the details of the tips are decisive. |
| 6. |
The Customer agrees to release, indemnify and hold BTO harmless against any claim brought upon BTO by a third party resulting from the Customer's use of BTO's services in respect of losses, actions, proceedings, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities whatsoever suffered and howsoever incurred by BTO in consequence of the Customers non-observance or breach of the Terms of Service herein. |
| 7. | Information made available by BTO is for the Customer's own usage only. |

The Customer is responsible for their decisions and shall be held solely responsible for their own decisions at their own risk. BTO cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring as consequence of tips, hyperlink, information or any other content on this site. |

The Customer is responsible for complying with his/her existing local laws in his country. |
| 10. |
BTO cannot be held responsible for any typing or human error in respect of the posting of tips, times or results other than those intended. In addition, BTO reserves the right to correct errors and void any affected tips. |
| 11. |
BTO provides the Customer with alerts about new information through e-mail and SMS messages (for Premium members only). The alerts are provided with no guarantee of delivery although as there are third parties involved. |
| 12. |
BTO does not guarantee duration of the services and reserve the right to stop its provision at any moment. |
| 13. |
All services and sales are final and that Customer do not allow returns, all services and sales are non-refundable, claimable or chargeback. |
| 14. |
BTO is a subscription service which is prepaid via www.paypal.com. In the event of cancellation of the subscription, the Customer immediately forfeits the services of BTO for the balance of the subscribed month. |
| 15. |
BTO reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service at any moment without providing notification to the Customer and takes effect immediately upon posting at BTO's website. |
| 1. | The calculation of the Profit Guarantee for that Calendar Month is only applicable if the Customer has been a member for more than a half a month or 15 ordinary days, whichever is higher. |
| 2. | In the event the Customer has been a member for less than the said period during that Calendar Month, the following Calendar Month will be applied for the calculation of the Profit Guarantee. |
| 3. | The Profit Guarantee is not applicable upon cancellation of subscription. |
